About

I’ve built from both sides. As a founder, I’ve started companies from nothing and learned what the textbooks leave out. As an operator, I’ve spent twenty years inside organisations I didn’t own — building commercial engines, scaling teams, fixing what was broken — with resources I didn’t fully control and authority I had to earn rather than assume.

Today I run global sales development operations at one of the world’s largest technology companies, across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Not from a stage. From inside the machine. That live, operational vantage point is the foundation of everything I bring to advisory work, coaching, writing, and speaking.

The people I work with are senior professionals building things inside organisations — executives who need to make something significant happen without owning the whole board. They come from different industries, because the challenge — building inside complex structures you don’t fully control — is not industry-specific. I work with a small number of them at any given time.


Background

Entrepreneur from an early age, with a first venture in communications and advertising built before completing secondary school. Went on to work in national media (Prima TV), built a consulting practice (BRST) serving pharmaceutical and technology clients, and joined ANIS — the Romanian Software Companies Patronage — where I worked closely with the country’s leading technology entrepreneurs.

From there, a progression through senior executive roles — spanning sales leadership, general management, revenue operations, and commercial strategy — with responsibility across multiple geographies and global teams.

MBA in General Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen, Germany.

A note on professional boundaries

My current operating role means I bring live, inside-the-machine perspective to every engagement. It also means I operate under strict professional boundaries: I never use, reference, or disclose any company’s internal data, strategies, or intellectual property — neither my employer’s nor any client’s — in my advisory work, my content, or any other context. Every engagement is built on judgment and pattern recognition developed over twenty years, not on privileged information that isn’t mine to share.
