Advisory and consulting engagements are for organisations and senior leaders navigating commercial complexity — growth, market entry, go-to-market design, revenue operations, or structural change. I work at the intersection of strategy and execution, not just diagnosing what’s wrong, but helping you build the capability to fix it.

The work is grounded in two decades of experience on both sides: as a founder who has built from nothing, and as an operator who has run commercial functions inside large, complex organisations across multiple continents. That combination produces a perspective that is difficult to find in standard advisory relationships.

I take two to three consulting clients at any given time. Engagements are typically three to twelve months.
