Coaching engagements are for executives and senior managers who want to think more clearly, decide more confidently, and lead more effectively. This is not motivational work. It is rigorous, experience-based engagement built around your specific situation, blind spots, and goals.
My perspective comes from two decades of operating from the inside — as a founder, as an executive, and as someone who has navigated the gap between authority and influence in organisations of every size. The people I work with don’t need inspiration. They need a thinking partner who has been where they are and can ask the questions that matter.

Who it’s for
Senior leaders — typically director level and above — who are serious about developing their edge. Particularly relevant for executives who are building significant things inside organisations they don’t fully own, and who want a perspective calibrated to that specific challenge.
How it works
Monthly retainer, minimum three to six month commitment. Maximum of six to eight active clients at any given time.
A note on professional boundaries
All engagements are conducted with full confidentiality in both directions. I neither share nor draw on any company’s internal data or proprietary information — from any employer or client, past or present.
